I as the consumer rycycles 10 cans and recieve 50 cents. now do these recycling company redeem this 10 can with the state department of health to get back the 50 cents it paid me, something does not seem profitable to me, the idea is to make money, not exchange for even money. I don't see the picture, or there must be something i don't understand on how exactly these recycling companies make money.
